We are Hiring! Marketing and Sales manager (part-time / full-time).

We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to fill the role of Marketing & Sales manager.

Job Title: Marketing and Sales manager (part-time / full-time).

Company Overview: Our company, atEnbi is a thriving boutique software house in the heart of Warsaw, Poland. As a scaling start-up, we’re looking to expand our team with a results driven marketing & sales manager. 

Position Overview: We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to fill the role of Marketing & Sales manager. In this position, you will be the driving force of our sales division and work closely with the co-founders. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the software industry, and a proven track record of getting results.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and Grow Online Company Profilesome text
    • Build and grow our online profile and reputation.
    • Be the lead for Clutch, Linked-in and social company profile
    • Help redesign and improve our homepage
  2. Prospect and Generate Leads:some text
    • Identify and qualify potential customers through research, networking, and outreach.
    • Utilise various channels, including social media, email campaigns, to generate new leads.  
  3. Sales Presentations:some text
    • Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations of our software products to prospective clients.
    • Help find and indemnify gaps for clients and how to close them.
    • Be part of work/shops 
  4. Build and Manage Client Relationships:some text
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers. We aim to build long-standing relationships.
    • Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
  5. Sales Cycle Management:some text
    • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
    • Work collaboratively with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
  6. Achieve Sales Targets:some text
    • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and objectives.
    • Continuously monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Sales responsibilities will be shared with co-founders, we need someone to be part of the team. 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in software sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Have a bilingual level of English
  • Strong understanding of the software industry and emerging trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Experience with CMS, email sequencing, online advertising.
  • Build and maintain our Clutch profile

Education and Experience:

  • Ideally a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. We are happy to consider quality relevant experience instead.
  • Proven success in at least 1 software deal

Hours:

Starting hours would ideally be around 24h/weekly. Open for discussion up to full-time is an option as well. Start and finish times are flexible. We just need you to be there when it counts.
