Modernization
We modernize legacy travel platforms in motion. On JRPass, founded in 2009 and carrying years of legacy functionality, we upgraded the core runtime and cache configuration and resolved memory issues that had been causing service disruptions from third-party code, all without taking the platform offline. We modernized checkout to 3-D Secure v2 via a leading payment processor, integrated into the existing checkout and operations. On JapanDen we upgraded out-of-date Ruby on Rails and JavaScript libraries and refactored legacy flows to bring an incomplete build to a stable, launch-ready state. Modernization is delivered in phases, each one shipped safely, never as a single risky rewrite.
Integration & Automation Upkeep
Supplier, payment and third-party integrations kept working as APIs and requirements change underneath them. We also cut the manual work that quietly drains your team: on JRPass, new bulk tooling and order automation reduced manual actions by more than 40%, and we rebuilt carrier address validation with cost-based delivery-partner suggestions in Admin, reducing failed shipments. On the Japan rail product, we built automation to bridge modern checkout with older rail-ticketing systems, cutting reliance on manual ticket processing.
